Hi, Irene, Ann Craven is the daughter of Ann (Croft) born 1625 in Lymehouse, Stepney, Middlesex, England. She died 1681 in New Jersey.Ann's father wasRobert or Richard (not sure which) Craven, born 1632 in Stepney, Middlesex, England and he died 1672.Her siblings were Peter and Thomas.Peter is my ancestor. His son, Peter, born 1712 is the patriarch of our family. He had six sons and I am descended from his son, Thomas Craven, Esq.Mary Craven Purvis has published two Craven genealogy books and they are quite impressive. If you are interested in or descended from the Craven family, these books are very worthwhile. And, yes, Ann and her siblings were all born in England.Ann Croft Craven immigrated to American after the death of her husband.
