Sharon: I have: John Bird marr 5 Aug 1826, Hunterdon Co NJ to Rebecca Crate. believe she is the dau of Joseph Crate (1766-1849) and Rachel Van Campen d after 1840. John and Rebecca had 4 known children:(1) Joseph christ 4 Aug 1827, Dutch Ref Ch Lebanon, Hunterdon Co NJ.(2) Walliam Alpaugh christ. 20 Dec 1828, same place. Marr Catharine W Green 1 Nov 1854 in Essex Co NJ (3) John Crate Bird christ 25 Aug 1832, same place (4)Ann Elizabeth Christ. 12 Feb 1831 Same place.
I am descended from Joseph's son, John bro to Rebecca.
