Denise & Dave: I have a Crary History Genealogy done by Charles Crary in 1956.With the help of my Mother-in -law and her 1st cousins and a few others. Page 113 indicates Lyman Mills Crary m. Bonnie Perkins. It is indicated that the family at that time thought that we descended from John Crary the Immigrant who came with his brother Robert from Scotland to Englnad to Colonies. At that time it was speculation... if the John's went back to Peter Crary the Immigrant in the following orderLyman Mills,(7), Peter (6), Lyman (5), John(4), John(3), John(2), Peter(1). I am sure this would be a lateral for you Denise.I will send a seperate message on the Appleton Crary. His brother Stephen Arnolds family moved to Boone Iowa. They had a Motor Car Company, Crary Hotel and Hardware Business. The family last year received a treasure box of letters from Betsey Crary Healey from her family now in Canada. We have a Crary Reunion in Boone everyother year..This year July 6-8 Amerihost InnWe have not notified them of our arrival yet.All Crary Clan are welcome.
