Hi Crandell Searchers!
I have just become list mom for the New Crandell Surname List on Rootsweb...one did not exist until now. To join, simply send an email to: CRANDELL-L-request@rootsweb.com - add the word subscribe. I created this list to try and find info on my fiance's Crandell's. At first I thought the name must be Crandall, but I see there are quite a few of you. :-) His Crandell's ended up in Canada as far as I know.
1. James Gordon Crandell, md Harriet Elizabeth Phinn in Wisconsin - moved to B.C. in 1880 - 2 sons: Oscar & Austin Elmer
2. Austin Elmer Crandell (b: 27 Jan 1864), md Diana Israel, 16 Oct 1893, in Mt. Lehman, B.C. 7 children
3. Amelia Bertha Crandell (b: 5 Mar 1896), md Charles Egustus Nichols, 24 Aug 1916. 5 children. Have a bit more, but not much. Anyone recognize these names? Please come and join the Crandell list!
