Hi Stacey,
Yes, I've been to Salem Cemetery, near Colborne, Ontario, many times. That's also were our Palmer and Deborah (Palmer) Crandell are buried. Here are a couple of interesting markers I've copied:

Crandell, Charles W. (father), born 1854, died 1932
Crandell, Bertha Smuck (mother), born 1876, died 1954
remarks: In God We Trust; the above 2 names are on the west side of the same marker

Crandell, Norman C., born 1909, died 1980
Crandell, Ruth S. McCracken, born 1909, died ----
remarks: the above 2 names are on the east side of the same marker; the above 4 names are on 1 stone

McCracken, Burton, born 1874, died 1963
McCracken, Flora B. Snelgrove (his wife), born 1878, died 1947
remarks: the above 2 names are on the west side of the same stone; this marker is next to Charles W. Crandell stone

I have much more information on Norman's parents, grandparents, and greatparents. Contact me at bsamland@mediaone.net
