Who were Jessie Crandall's parents?
Jessie Crandall was b. 1868-1870, in Wisconsin. She married Henry G. Whitney, at Santa Rosa, Calif., on Dec. 12, 1900.
Henry Whitney was born at Stowe, VT, Aug., 21, 1868, son of Silsby Whitney and Mary Knapp.
Henry and Jessie (Crandall) Whitney later lived in Idaho, and eventually settled in Albany, Oregon, where they died in 1951 & 1953 respectively, and they are buried in the Riverview Cemetery, in Albany, OR. They did not have any children.
Their burials can be seen on the Findagrave website.
I do not have a copy of Henry & Jessie's marriage record to show the names of their parents. I have both of their obituaries, but they do not give the names of their parents.
In the census, Jessie says her father was born in NY, mother b. England.
