After these articles are printed and get a few months old, like this one, you can often receive permission to reprint on a website. Has anyone contacted the CFA to see if they can do this for all of us?

The RI Website does not list this article or any back issues for that matter. Their website is hard to navigate and perhaps I missed it, but I could not find much information about their periodical publications at all. All I could find was the books they have for sale.
