Connie,
I have the file in three forms, PAF, GEDCOM and GEDCOM in WinZip format.I have found that many correspondents cannot receive the file in the first two formats because their Internet Service has a limit of 800kb. Assuming you may not have PAF, I will send it in GEDCOM format. If I don't hear back from you in within 24 hours, I will send a message saying so and ask if you have WinZip.If you do not, I can the GEDCOM by regular mail. Oddly enough, even though the Zipped GEDGOM is over the 800kb, it still gets through.
Let me know your preference.I would appreciate it if you could send me any information you have and are willing to
share that isn't in the file. The original file was assembled by John Cortland Crandall and I converted to the PAF format. It ends in 1949 as he was getting the information from descendents and I believe that was because people were getting leery of publishing of living persons. When I put the file on the net it is automatically reducedto eliminating them and converted to "Living" until it can assume that they are dead. And he had to stop somewhere or he could never publish it. At any rate I will send the file in whichever format you need.
