Just reminding everyone about the Crandall reunion. It is being held at the Seventh Day Baptist Church in Ashaway, RI on July 15th. Registration begins at 9 AM. Our theme is the Revolution and we will have a local speaker/author speak on the Revolution. Attendees are also invited to share what they know of their Revolutionary ancestor. The DAR will present a medal at the Crandall cemetery after the program and we will also have a memorial for Arlene (Bliven) Crandall who passed away last year and who, with her husband Irving, lived at the original Crandall homestead.
On the 13th we will visit Prescott Farm in Portsmouth, RI and also Fort Barton. Both have connections with the Revolution in RI.
