Cortland Crandall shows a Fannie Crandall who married a Mr. Day. Fannie was dau of Nathan Crandall and Bathsheba Pierce. They were b about 1732 and their children were born in the 1753-1770 era. This is about the right place and time for your Nancy Crandall so it might be a place to look first. Fannie had at least 3 siblings who are not yet claimed or named.

Be sure you read Frank J. Doherty, Settlers of the Beekman Patent Dutchess County NY, (1995). This is the best new source about Eastern NY State.
