I just found a couple of things for George C. Chapman and Annie E. Crandall.Still haven't found his parents yet.
These are on the Windham Co. Ct. site.
1.The Windham ChronicleYear of 1881.
591.Wed. May 18, 1881:Notice.. Whereas my wife Annie E.
Chapman has left my bed and board without provacation, hereby forbid all persons trusting or harboring her on my account as I shall pay np debts of her contracting after this date.George C. Chapman, Windham, May 18th 1881.
