My line is daughter Lieucetta Cramer married John Zumbrun who stayed in Whitley & Noble Counties, Indiana.

Siblings Leah, John and William died 1868-1870 and are buried together in the Hively Cemetery, Whitley County, Indiana posted at

I would like to know where John C CRAMER and Sarah Essig died and are buried. One source says Boyne Falls, Charlevoix County, Michigan and this site implies northern Idaho. Does anyone know for sure what state, city, county, cemetery, obituaries, etc.?
