They are going to correct their records. The DAR also states in their letter that they now believe that John Crain of Wilkes County, Georgia and later of Randolph County, Illinois is the correct father of the established childern mention. So if you have John Crain or John Benjamin Crain of Stewart County, Tennessee as the father of any of the mentioned children you are incorrect. Oh there is no Mildred Walton either!
