Craighead-English family connection

James English and his only wife, Lucy Craighead, were both born in Bedford County, Virginia. I don't have all of the dates available as I am entering this, but they married in Bedford County in January of 1820 and were living in Cumberland County, Kentucky when their first child, Charles Harris English (My GGGf) was born in November of that year. Lucy and James had a total of 17 children. All of the information on the English family is available in the softbound book by Luther W. English of 1988, titled "The Descendants of Charles Frederick English". Luther died in 2000 and he donated all of his genealogy documents to a genealogy library in Houston. Charles Harris English's next younger sibling is named John Craighead English. John Craighead English never married and died an old batchelor.
Many years ago (in the 1980's) I was contacted by a Dave Casto, living at that time in California, who told me of a County in Missouri where there were many Craighead families and more people descended from the Craighead family. I do not now have that information and would like to have it again. There is no longer a Dave Casto at either the address or the phone number in California.
I'd like to find someone with information on Lucy Craighead English. Her name in some places ia spelled a little differently: Craghead.
If you have any information on this person, please contact me at richard.r.pullen@lmco.com , not the other address. I will respond. Thanks in advance. RP
