Looking for info on husband's ggrandmother, Alice C. Craig, According to old news clippings in California, she was born in Bedford County, TN on 9/2/1857. Her parents' names (we think) were J. J. and Ann Craig, and her siblings were Thomas, Martha, Elizabeth and John.

She married John W. (went by J.W.) Sweeney/Swinney in Shelbyville, Bedford County, TN on 1/4/1875 and subsequently moved to California, where they had 6 children - Carter, Dan, , Monroe, Ethel, Florence and Arthur. (Carter was my husband's grandfather.) She died in Tulare County, outside of Visalia, CA on 4/27/1925.

Need info on her parents/grandparents/family, if you can share -- thanks for anything you can offer!
