T. J. KNAPP having built a fence on the line between his lot and that of Jas.
CRAIGO, the latter brought the matter before the city council claiming that
it was a wooden addition and hence violated the fire ordinance. The council
met last Monday evening and heard the evidence. They decided that it was not a
building and hence did not come within their jurisdiction.
