I am looking for information on Emily Craft who would be my GGGrandmother, she was married to a George Brown about 1850's. had a daughter named Cinda Georgeanna Brown December 8,1871 in Kentucky. Cinda later married my Great Grandfather Phillip Joseph in Leslie, Kentucky 1897, they had 6 children. William, Ellis (my Grandfather),Emma, Ella,Virgie, and Joshua. I have been told thru the years that Emma and George were full blooded Cherokee and I am trying to find confirmation on this or some leads to finding the information. after being on Trail of Tears, most Indians kept a low profile to keep from being sent to Oaklahoma. so some information is hard to find. Please help if you can
