I'm told my Craddocks are also from Kentucky, but I don't know how far back. My g-grandmother, Lillie Craddock, states in the 1900 and 1910 censuses that her parents were from Kentucky, even though she was born in Texas. She married Charles Edward Holcomb, whose parents were from Georgia, although he was born in La. or Ala. Charles and Lillie had a farm in Oklahoma in late 1800s and early 1900s. Charles was born in 1871, Lillie in 1872. They had six children: Alva, Albert, Clyde, Leonard, Eugene, and Lena. Could be there's a connection.

Thanks,

Tom Holcomb
