John Craddock, bn. VA abt. 1763

Looking for information about a John Craddock that received a land grant of abt. 200 ac. in Franklin Co., GA in 1786. (Grant BK. KKK, pg. 1).

Is this the same John Craddock that was born in VA abt. 1763, then came to GA abt. 1775/76 (abt. age 12) with a group of settlers? He grew up in a fort there, became familiar with Indian movements in the area. Became a scout for early settlers to the area. Married Sarah Bartlett abt. 1790/92 and moved to S.C. Had two sons bn in S. C. before coming to Kentucky abt. 1796.

Looking for0tion that would pertain to either of the above.
