I didn't get your Craddock family connection?
I have a Gr.Gr. Grandmother Roxan "Little Fox" Craddock b. abt 1818-20 Mississippi and m. Sylvanus W. Shumway bef 1842. They are in the 1850 St.Tammany, La census, 1860 Livingston, La Census, 1870 Tangipohoa, La Census and 1880 Tangipohoa, La census. Family tradition says she was Native American and Sylvanus traded his finest horse for her hand in marriage. I have no information about Roxan's family, but should would like to link up with anyone researching Craddock family in La & Miss. Any help would be appreciated.
