The Parker line can become tangled very quickly from what I've discovered, but I will share what I have.William David and Sarah Caroline Parker Cozart were my Gr-Gr-Grandparents. The information I have is a compilation of research by many other family members and word of mouth info along with my own efforts, so there may be errors. John Parker b. ca 1817-1820 AL and Mary McElroy b. ca 1816-1825 NC were the parents of: Aquilla b. June 1842, Sarah Caroline b. Oct 3, 1844 AL, John R b. ca 1845-46, Mary E "Polly" b. ca 1847-48 AL and Martha Elizabeth b. ca 1852. I believe John Sr was the son of Joseph Parker and Esther (sometimes shown as Easter)Bushong (or Buschong.) Mary was shown as the daughter of Equiller (Aquilla?) Parker. You can find this family in 1860 & 1870 in Pittsboro, Calhoun Co, MS. Then in 1880, they are in Lee Twp, Garland Co, AR. I will be happy to share other info if you'd like and will be interested in seeing other researchers' replies on this. There is a John Monger shown on some of the censuses, but I'm not sure of the relationship. William David and Sarah Caroline are buried in the Aldridge Cemetery west of Hot Springs, AR.
