Kacy, in a book by Dee Ann Ship there is a Doctor Ciscero b. c1794 m. to Annie Bumpass. There are 3 children listed. Rachel, Mollie, and Jenny. It says that Jenniew was never married. She lived at the homestead of her parents near Bethany Baptist Church in Person County. ( I also have a Cozart line besides the Oakley and Clayton's I mentioned on the Oakley Surname lists)
