I just returned from NYC where I spent time researching the Cozzart family. There are Cozzart books in the main Brooklyn Public Library, in the main New York City Public Library in Manhattan, Room 121, the New York Public Library, 5th Avenue and 42nd St., New York, NY 10018-2788; in the Holland Society Library, 122 East 58th St, New York, NY 10022-1909; and in the New Jersey State Library, 185 West State Street, Trenton, New Jersey 08625-0520.
The Cossart Family compiled by Joseph A Cossairt is in the NYC public library, in the Holland Society library, and in Trenton.
A History of the Cozad-Cossart Family 1595-1994 by Lulu Cozad Adams and Landon Cozard is in the NYC library.
Cossart or Cozart by Mary Ethel Tilley is in the NYC public library.
I know someone in the Holland society will zerox and mail to you the pages you want.If you have trouble getting your information, contact me and perhaps I can help.
