Who told you her parents were Robert & Polly Cozart ? I am very interested in tracking down all Robert's children.
I have Robert's wife as Charlotte Carrington married in Orange Co. NC on 5 Jan 1815.
I have a doubt line of Cossart/Cozart. Winifred Cozart who married Nolan Hampton removed to Carroll Co. TN, was the sister to said Robert Cazort/Cozart of Orange Co. NC & Henderson Co. TN.
I also have Carrington ancestry, Sion Carrington was the brother of the above Charlotte Carrington who married Robert Cazort. Sion Carrington & his wife Jemima Cozart removed to Henderson Co. TN as well. Jemima Cozart was a cousin of Robert Cazort.
We could be double cousins through Cozart & Carrington families.
My grandmother Odillion Olive (King) Hopgood was born in Yuma, Carroll Co. TN.
