James COIN(b ca 1808 Tenn.) lived with wife, Nancy (b ca 1817 Ky) in Christian Co., Mo. 1850 - Children:
Aaron C., Samuel, George/Anderson, Marcus, Louisa Jane, Anjoline/Elizabeth, James B., Parralee(Lelia), Thomas, Turner Goodall, Newlin A.
The children were known to be of Cherokee descent. Several went to Texas. James may have been married 1st to Maria Wingfield 1830 in Davidson Co., Tenn. The 1880 census showes James father b Mass.(Possibly Samuel) and mother b Ireland (May have been the other way around.)
Any information on this family greatly appreciated.
