Hi Sharon
You may not have thought of DNA, or that a Coyne might have the same DNA as folks named Kane and Cain. This occurs in Co Galway & other parts of the west of Ireland where your Coyne ancestors and my Cain ancestors came from. The biggest database of Kane DNA is in the Cain DNA [project at www.familytreedna.com. A number of Coynes match the Kane DNA.
