Fiona,
I have been searching for details on the emigration of a Patrick Coyne from Ireland. I have him born in Ireland in 1939 and dieing in Brooklyn in 1890. A further discrepancy is I have him married to a Bridgette (b.1843, d.1915). I have ordered records of a Federal Census that I am hoping will help me confirm or disprove the above. I will keep a look out for other Patrick Coynes. I often don't return to Internet sites on a regular basis once I've done a thorough search of it, but this one seems especially fitting for genealogy research. The Patrick I am searching for also had a daughter named Johanna E. Coyne born in 1867.
