Deceased Name: COX, WYVONNE GROGAN
COX, WYVONNE GROGAN, age 97, went to be with our Lord Wednesday, April 30, 2008. She was a faithful member of Hanks Memorial Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, John Arnold Cox and daughter, Barbara Cox Wiginton of Houston, TX. She is survived by her children; Bobby A. Cox (Jean), J.A. "Jesse" Cox, and Betty Cox Allen all of Birmingham; her son-in-law, Mark Wiginton of Houston, TX.; her six grandchildren, Jeff Cox (Margaret) of Birmingham, Mechelle Wiginton Williams (Greg) of Houston, TX, Lisa Cox Lester (Michael) of Birmingham, Scott Wiginton (Amy) of Tomball, TX, Tim Allen of Birmingham, Amy Allen Lewallen (Jason) of Birmingham; her eleven great-grandchildren; her four sisters, Mozell Andrews, Lois Wallis, Bell Pruitt, and Doris Garrett all of Georgia; and numerous nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends Saturday, May 3, 2008 from 6-8p.m. at Ridout's Trussville Chapel. The service will be Sunday, May 4, 2008 at 2p.m. from the chapel with Bros. Norman LeCroy and Jack Washington officiating. Burial will follow at Jefferson Memorial Gardens.
