John Andrew Cox, 75, of Hampton Cove died Sunday.
Visitation will be from 1 to 3 p.m. Friday at Southwood Presbyterian Church with services to follow.
Laughlin Service Funeral Home will be assisting the family with arrangements.

Dec. 13, 1932 - July 6, 2008
John Andrew Cox, 75, of Hampton Cove died Sunday.
He was a member of Southwood Presbyterian Church. Mr. Cox served in the Korean War in the U.S. Navy and retired from civil service after 38 years of service. He was preceded in death by his parents, Thomas and Lena Cox; brother, Harold Cox; and sister, Doris Hawkins.
Survivors include his wife, Gary Cox; children, Teresa Clifton of Gadsden, Dan Cox and wife Susan, Lisa Edwards and husband Alden, Randy Cox and wife Carol, all of Huntsville; and nine grandchildren, A.J. Edwards, Carter Edwards, Owen Edwards, Andy Cox, Anna Cox, Peyton Cox, Davis Cox, Emily Clifton, and Norman Clifton.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Diabetes Association, 117-CLongwood Drive S.E., Huntsville, AL 35801, Hospice of North Alabama, 3311 Bob Wallace Ave. S.W., Huntsville, AL 35805, or DAR School, 6077 Main St., Grant, AL 35747.
Visitation will be from 1 to 3 p.m. Friday at Southwood Presbyterian Church with memorial services following at 3 p.m. with Dr. Mike Calvert officiating.
