Cox woman who m. Thomas Wideman ca. 1804

Seeking information on the ancestry of a Cox woman who m. Thomas Wideman(1762-1840) ca. 1804 TN or KY while in route from Abbeville Dist., SC to Randolph Co.,IL. Miss Cox was the second wife of Thomas Wideman. Quite a group of families, including some McBrides, left SC for Illinois at that time. My Miss Cox had a brother, Absalom, who was also part of this group; he had four sons: John, Thomas, William, and Absalom, Jr. Absalom Cox, Sr. d. 1844 Randolph Co., IL. Miss Cox d. ca. 1833 prob. Arkansas at which time Thomas Wideman m. Rachel Meeks in Independence Co., AR.
