Ann Cox was made guardian of Martha, Debora & Catherine Cox, daughters of Geo. W. Cox, in Ray Co., MO in 1863. I find Martha on the 1870 census in Ray County, MO living with Ann's daughter & son-in- law, Clem & Caroline Jackson. I find Debora & Catherine living in Lafayette Co., MO with Ann (Cox) Barnhill. Ann's first husband was Nathan Cox. They were married in 1838 in Clermont Co., Ohio. They bought land in Ray County, MO and lived in Lafayette Co., MO where he died in 1853. Who was Geo. W. Cox? He must be related. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
