Greetings from Newmarket, Ontario, Canada. I think I may have some connection with the Cowley family of Upton on Severn. My grandmother was Annie Cowley, daughter of Robert and Ellen Cowley, sister of Jack and Will and half sister of Winnifred. She married my grandfather, Fred Van Koughtnett and came with my infant mother to Canada in 1920. Am attempting to find out more about that side of the family tree. Have visited Upton and been in the church were my grandparents were married and my mother christened but know little other than that - who were the grandparents parents ? etc. Any info would be greatly appreciated.
