Seeking information on and descendents of David Cowley, b. January 1836, Gloucester, England, s/o John Cowley and h/w Emily. David had one known brother, William, whom I have absolutely nothing on. David was married in Coburg, Ontario, Canada, to Lovina Catherine Forner, d/o John Charles Forner and h/w Elizabeth Webb. David and Lovina were the parents of the following 12 children:
1) Elizabeth Cowley b. 1863 married Charles Thayer
2) Charles Cowley b. 1865 married Ellen Parsons,2) Mabel Roper
3) William Cowley b 1867 married Ida Trapp
4) Lucy Cowley b. 1868
5) Nellie Cowley b. 1870 married Oscar Bowles
6) Frank Cowley b. 1872
7) Fred Cowley b. 1874
8) Alice Cowley b. 1876 married Harry Sessions
9) Robert (Bob) Cowley b. 1878 married Margaret Aspen
10) Lillian Mabel Cowley b.1880 mar. Roy Hugh Brown, Walter Ehrig
11) Herbert Cowley b. 1883 married Florence Wicks, Cora McMann
12) Edwin (Ed) Cowley b. 1895
