Hi I am Brandon Cowles from Edmonson CO KY. You might be able to get a copy from Turner Publishing PO Box 3101 Paducah KY 42001. That is there address in 1989. In this book it contains information on the Cowles families of my fathers, grandfather and great grandfather.
In my family tree maker I have a George Cowles born Abt. 1875 and married to Catherine Mills b. 1880 d 1910. I have as this George's father Albert King Cowles and Ruth Ann Wingfield.
I have ties back to VA. I will list them
John Cowles born Abt. 1700 in James City County, Virginia who had Thomas Cowles born Abt. 1730 in James City County, Virginia who had Henry B. Cowles born 10 Feb 1752 in James City County, Virginia died 1825 in Edmonson Co KY.
The rest is Henry had Vincent who had James who had Jesse who begat Ruble which begat Benton who begat me Brandon.
