Have paper copy (handwritten, undocumented) back to 1792. This is my father's middle name and his first name was also John. Not sure where this went from the paper copy to my Dad, but I believe it is his mother's side (she was Hattie Lovewell, married to Arthur Henry Hoffmann.

Could be we are long lost cousins?
