Anyone recognize this Thomas Cowey? My grandfather was named after him and I was told it was a family name. My grandfather grew up in Vaiden, Carroll CO.,MS. and his name was Thomas Cowey Rogers(Rodgers) s/o Joe Preston Rogers.
