Hi,
I am very new at searching for my ancestors and don't know much more than my grandparents names. Most of the Cowarts I know are from Florida and I grew up in Wauchula.
My Dad's name is Dewey Wayne Cowart and his parents names are: Kerm Cowart and Mabel Rogers(Cowart). All my grand-parents have passed on now, but I am very interested in finding anything out about my great grandparents and even farther out, if possible. I beleive a few of my ancestors are from Alabama, but not for sure.
I would appreciate any info concering my family. As I have got older it has really become important to me and I am a novice when it comes to doing this. Any info concering the above names or if someone can point me in the right direction, I would be very thankful.
