John Tom, I am also searching for anyone who can help. My grandfather was Thomas Jefferson cowart, his father was Oliver Alexander Cowart they were in Okla,Arkansas,and Texas but can't find out who Oliver Alexanders father was or where he came from. Sure is a lot of Samuels and Thomas though. I live in Lebanon Oregon and Own a livestock yard and ranch. I would love to hear from another Cowart I do have a book on Needham Cowart and Nancy Stone Cowart if it would help anyone.
