Wiley was my 4great grandfather. His father was William Cowart. William was born in SC on 8/6/1809 he married Nancy Galspy on 1/13/1835 possibly in GA. Her date of birth is 12/12/1814. Wiley was the oldest of 9 kids. I have all there names and dates of birth. In addition, the entire family ,with the exception of Wiley, moved to Arkansas sometime between 1856 and the beginning of the civil war. Wiley served in the confederate army 2nd battalion Hilliard's Legion Company F as a 2nd corporal. I also have all of his children's name and dates of birth.
