Mark you say in one of you responses " the family bible" Which family bible? I am from the line of Erasmus P. Cowart and it has always been a question about his middle name. I have heard Pleasant, Pendleton, and now Pemelton. I would love to see a copy of the page where his full name is written because no one so far had produced any documents with the middle name written. All that I have been able to find have only an inital.
