I have an aunt that's named Ollie May Cowart! Of course she is not the one you are looking for , but could be related, maybe her namesake? These set of Cowart's came from Georgia also around Dalton, GA.
Her father's name was George Berry Decatuer Cowart, mother was Jesse Bell Marbutt Cowart.They had 10 children: Dennis D.Cowart,
Estelle Cowart,George D. Cowart,Charles W. Cowart, Rosie Mozelle Cowart,Edith Cowart, Ollie May Cowart,Jesse Jeanettie Cowart,Shirley Cowart, Bill Cowart.
