In Bath Abbey in the City of Bath, England, there is a memorial stone with the following inscription:

This Monument
Is erected
To the memory
Of the best of Parents
LEONARD COWARD
Of this City
LACE MERCHANT
And
ELIZABETH his Wife
A:D: 1764.
In the same Grave
Lieth the Body of
LEANARD COWARD their son
who died 25th Novenber 1790

I haven't seen it personally. My son brought home a photo. I imagine that it was once over a grave.
