Coward in my family. He was born in 1808 in SC and died in 1891 in Galveston, County, Texas. He is buried in the Magnolia Cemetery, and was a member of the Magnolia Rangers Co. D, 1st Brigade, 1st Texas Cav. CSA. His father was Isaac Hardy Coward, buried in the Big Woods Cemetery in Louisian. I have a lot of information on the Coward family. Willing to share.
