We have a record of a Lee W. Cowart. He was the son of Zachariah Monroe Cowart (b. Feb. 24,1842) and Sara Jane Smith. This Lee W. had 9 siblings but information on the is slim. Zachariah M. was the son of Samuel Ottis Cowart the s/o Edward Cowart s/o Ezekiel Coward s/o Edward Coward s/o John Coward s/o William Coward s/o James Coward s/o OTLKFS. (only the Lord knows for sure)
