my g-grandmother was Mary Jane Cowart or Coward,b.Jan.15,1849,d.Dec. 12, 1923. One source says she was from Greene County, MS while another says she was from Harrison county, MS. The thing that cought my eye in your post was the reference to MS. I don't have any info on her other than the above, and I'm trying to find her parents' names and whether there were brothers or sisters. If the book has any information, please let me know. Thanks
