John,s parents were Lewis Coward b 8-3-1832 d 5-11-1902 Sarah Shehorn b 1-11-1844 d 1-14-1927 both are buried at Thaxton ms. Cemetary along with John. Lewis'S father was William M Coward b 10-20-1798 d 11-06-1858 buried at The Old Covered Wagon Cemetary at Lafayette Springs Ms. He was married to Sarah Goolsbly 3-11-1855 until his death.If anyone has info on his wife or parents it would be appreciated. He migrated from Ga. maybe Jones or tatnall county around 1850 and possibly born in N.C.
