Several people over the years have suggested that I go to the Ancestral files at FamilySearch.com. When you read into those files, the posting states: "Submitter(s) Details -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- About Ancestral File Ancestral File is a collection of genealogical information taken from Pedigree Charts and Family Group Records submitted to the Family History Department since 1978. The information has not been verified against any official records. Since the information in Ancestral File is contributed, it is the responsibility of those who use the file to verify its accuracy." If these files are simply made up of what others have posted instead of actual documentation, there COULD be other children whose lines have never been researched. I think the ancestral files on this family may be missing at least one child- unless I can find documentation otherwise. If I could find documentation otherwise, then I could move on after 10 years of banging my head! Notify Administrator about this message?
