I may have some information on this couple (or their very near family) from a letter written in 1852 by Edward C. Seal. I have some reason to believe that Thomas Covington may have been the father of Edward C. Seal's wife Frances Ann. The letter mentions many Covingtons from Caroline County. It also mentions a Boulware. Do you have any more info on this family? I have not been able to make the connections yet, but would love to share.
