HI, I am looking for genealogical information of an Erastus Covey who was a laborer in Marshall, Michigan in the 1860s. He is listed in the 1869 directory on Mulberry St. In the 1894-95 directory a May C. Covey is listed at 30 Mulberry St. I have a diary of Mr. Covey which was in possession of a granddaughter (??) some 50 years ago when it was given to a co-worker in the Atlanta, GA area. I don't have any record of Mr. Covey's deathdate or burial location, or other info. Does this name ring a bell in someone's research?
