I am trying to find information on the parents of Ethel Josephine Covey Hutchens. She is my great-grandmother and I know that she died around 1994 in Beckley, WV. I think that she was born around 1895 in Virginia, possibly around the Pulaski or Bedford area. I thought that her parents were Henry Noble and Flora V. Lucas, but now I think that is incorrect. I'm really stuck and any help would be greatly appreciated!
